Fab new brunch deal at Chino Latino

Award-winning and well-presented food at this informal pan-Asian restaurant in London’s Southbank is well worth the modest price tag.

Albert Embankment is perhaps best known for being home to the eerie SIS Building, also known as MI6 headquarters. However, just a little along the river, tucked away in the luxurious Park Plaza Riverbank complex, is Chino Latino, an ultra-modern pan-Asian restaurant which has just launched a generous brunch deal. Put it on your itinerary.

The perfect spot for refuelling after a walk along the river, Chino Latino might be away from the crowds, but it has picked up awards for its fresh ingredients and inventive mains. As part of your brunch you can enjoy a sushi buffet, dessert platter, as well as mains such as crispy duck pancakes with spring onion and hoisin sauce. This is a place where presentation really adds to the experience (our slivers of sashimi arrived glistening on an ice boat), and you’ll welcome the chance to indulge.

Prices start from £35 per person with a supplement available for unlimited Prosecco and Chino Mary cocktails, meaning it’s the ideal way to sample one of London’s swankier restaurants or celebrate a special occasion. The contemporary décor (ambient videos, floor-to-ceiling windows and bold pops of colour) make it properly photo-worthy too.

Chino Latino is at Park Plaza Riverbank, 18 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TJ
